We’re excited to share an important update for our upcoming NZ Lay Preachers’ Association AGM. We’ve just added new details to the AGM page about nominations for executive positions.
This year, we’re looking to fill the position of Correspondence Secretary as our current Secretary, Linda Hall, is stepping down due to health reasons. Both Linda and Richard Small, our Treasurer, have nominated Kirstie Prangley from Birkenhead for this role, but we are still welcoming additional nominations.
We’re also encouraging nominations for Executive Members without portfolio. With several recent resignations, our committee has reduced in size, and we would love to see fresh faces and new energy to help guide the association’s future.
