Reuben Munn is the Senior Pastor of Shore Community Church on Auckland’s North Shore and a Professional Teaching Fellow in Practical Theology at Laidlaw College. He brings a passion for helping preachers and leaders communicate the message of the Bible with clarity and conviction.
Reuben holds a background in communication and theology, with postgraduate training in both New Zealand and the United States. Before entering full-time ministry, he worked in public relations – a foundation that shaped his engaging and thoughtful communication style.
In addition to his pastoral role, Reuben teaches courses in preaching and leadership at Laidlaw College. His practical and biblically grounded approach has equipped many emerging preachers to deliver messages that connect deeply with everyday life.
Reuben lives with his wife Anna and their three sons. When he’s not preaching, teaching or mentoring, you might find him reading, playing jazz piano, or enjoying a good burger.
